About Us

New Creations Charlotte provides mobile surface repair and restoration across Charlotte, NC. We help businesses bring damaged surfaces back to life without the cost and disruption of replacement

Repair Before Replacement

Many organizations believe they only have two options when something is damaged:

Live with it.
Or replace it.

But replacement is often expensive, disruptive, and time-consuming.

At New Creations Charlotte, we believe there’s a better approach:

Repair before replacement.

Our work helps organizations repair and restore damaged fixtures, finishes, and furnishings, enabling them to protect assets, extend useful life, and avoid unnecessary capital expense.

We partner with operators across the built environment—including apartment communities, medical offices, commercial properties, and hospitality spaces—to repair surfaces such as tubs, countertops, cabinets, tile, furniture, and more.

By repairing instead of replacing, organizations can:

  • Protect property value
  • Extend the life of existing materials
  • Reduce capital expenditures
  • Resolve issues quickly and keep operations moving

Because great properties aren’t just built well.

They’re stewarded well.

And the people responsible for that stewardship deserve partners who help them do it well.

Meet Omar Parker

Founder, New Creations Charlotte

I founded New Creations Charlotte to help organizations protect and extend the life of their built environments through high-quality surface repair and renewal.

At the same time, I continue to practice part-time as a medical physicist in radiation oncology, a role I’ve held for nearly two decades. Working in healthcare has shaped how I see buildings. They’re more than physical structures; they’re places where people work, heal, serve, and make important decisions every day.

That perspective influences everything we do at New Creations Charlotte. Whether we’re renewing a reception desk in a medical office, repairing cabinetry in an apartment community, restoring millwork in a commercial property, or refreshing common areas in a hospitality setting, our goal is the same: help our clients preserve the environments people depend on.

I believe stewardship means caring for what has already been entrusted to us. Whenever practical, repairing and renewing existing finishes can reduce waste, extend useful life, minimize disruption, and make wise use of resources.

At the end of the day, it’s never just about surfaces. It’s about serving the people who see and use those spaces every day.

I would 100% recommend Mark from New Creations! He went above and beyond repairing all of the brass and chrome rails in our restrooms. As the General Manager at The 800 Lounge @ Phillips Place, I’ve never seen such great craftsmanship.

This team can truly fix anything—scratches, chips, cracks, floors, furniture, counters, and more. Omar is running a fantastic company with the best customer service I’ve experienced in all my years in the business. Highly recommend!
